New Love’s Travel Center opens off I-22 exit in Walker County

A new much-anticipated Love’s Travel Stops opened this week at Exit 70 on I-22 in Walker County.

Located at 220 Elza’s Way in Quinton, the 14,307 square foot travel stop is bringing 65 new jobs to the community.

Some of the amenities at location include:

  • 71 car parking spaces and 123 truck parking spaces 
  • Five RV hookups and RV dump 
  • Three RV parking spaces 
  • Dog park 
  • Nine diesel bays 
  • Seven showers 
  • Laundry facilities

An Arby’s restaurant is also opening on April 13th.

In honor of the grand opening, Love’s is donating $5,000 between Backyard Blessings and Mission of Hope in Dora. They are also donating  $5,000 to Children’s of Alabama.

The new travel center near the city of Dora, is Love’s 17th in the state of Alabama.
