New $2.2M addiction care center opening in McCalla this spring

Recover Now, a leading provider of addiction treatment services, is opening its first Alabama site this spring. 

Located at 21679 Highway 216,in McCalla, the $2.2 million Recover Now Central Alabama Campus features a full-service, sober living residence and an adjacent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) facility, providing comprehensive addiction care for adult men.

The campus consists of the following amenities:

  • PHP center with eight offices + three group therapy rooms
  • Sober living house with 25 beds and eight bathrooms, plus a commercial gym, fireplaces + a large kitchen space
  • Outdoor amenities including a fishing pond, a 1.5-mile walking trail, a pergola for meditation, a firepit + hiking trails

This is Recover Now’s fifth addiction care facility in the Southeast. 

The McCalla location was chosen because of its proximity to both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
