A new seafood-driven concept that draws inspiration from coastal Italy and Japan through world-class ingredients officially opens its doors in Mountain Brook today.
Described as “a love letter to the coast,” Little Betty Sea Bar is the newest concept from Revival Restaurant Group, the Atlanta-based collective behind the adjacent Little Betty Steak Bar.
A new seafood-driven restaurant opens today in Mountain Brook

Located at 1011 Jemison Ln, the Little Betty Sea Bar is a new restaurant concept that sits adjacent to Revival Restaurant Group’s Little Betty Steak Bar, an elegant steakhouse that opened in Mountain Brook’s Lane Parke in 2024. Sea Bar was initially envisioned as a natural extension of Little Betty Steak Bar; however, the group decided that Sea Bar deserved its own stage.
“This concept was always part of the plan. Now, we’re thrilled to bring that vision to life in a way that gives it the space, identity, and culinary focus it deserves—while also allowing us to better accommodate private dining and events the Mountain Brook community has consistently asked for.”
Jamey Shirah, CEO, Revival Restaurant Group

While Little Betty Steak Bar embraces a rich, moody steakhouse appearance, Sea Bar leans into a light, airy and feminine aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
“This is not a scaled-down version of what we’ve already built. Sea Bar stands on equal footing with Little Betty when it comes to quality, design, and service. It’s simply the seafood side of the experience – equally refined, incredibly vibrant, and always welcoming.”
Jamey Shirah, CEO, Revival Restaurant Group
Here’s what to expect at Little Betty Sea Bar

Sea Bar’s menu was developed by Executive Chef Kyle Biddy, a Southern native with Michelin-acclaimed experience at Catch in New York and the chef behind your favorite dishes at Little Betty. On the menu, you’ll find dishes that draw inspiration from coastal Italy and Japan that utilize world-class ingredients, including raw preparations sourced from Tokyo’s renowned Toyosu Market.
“Sea Bar is about showcasing exceptional ingredients through thoughtful technique. From raw bar selections to premium wagyu, every dish is designed to feel both elevated and inviting.
Jamey Shirah, CEO, Revival Restaurant Group
Sea Bar’s beverage program also draws inspiration from the coast, with a wine list specifically curated to complement seafood and raw preparations, along with a lineup of creative, polished cocktails.
