The award honors organizations that build highly engaged workplace cultures and prioritize both employee wellbeing and strong business performance.

“Our associates are the heart of Regions, and their engagement is central to our ability to serve customers and communities with excellence.

Being honored again with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award reflects the strength of our culture and our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where people can thrive, grow and build meaningful careers.”

Angela Santone, Regions’ Chief People Officer

Gallup officials noted that even amid ongoing disruption and change across modern workplaces, Regions continues to stand out for fostering a high-performance culture where employees feel valued, heard and supported in their work.

According to Gallup research, organizations with highly engaged teams significantly outperform their peers in areas such as:

  • Customer satisfaction
  • Productivity
  • Profitability
  • Employee retention

The recognition places Regions among a global group of companies that Gallup says are setting the standard for workplace excellence across industries.
