LillieKat Rugs to open new storefront in Pepper Place

A business based out of Pepper Place is transforming its previously appointment-only showroom into a storefront.
LillieKat Rugs, an heirloom-quality rug boutique, has held studio space at Pepper Place since December 2019, allowing the store to cater to in-person customers in addition to its sizable online clientele.
Formerly housing Yellowhammer Creative, LillieKat is jumping on the opportunity for an open-to-the-public storefront next to Design Supply.
Yellowhammer’s previous space was a single storefront between Stone Hollow Farmstead and Design Supply. Renovations are currently underway to convert the old Yellowhammer space and the studio behind it — previously LillieKat’s showroom — into two independent storefronts. LillieKat will be the tenant in the unit closest to Design Supply.

The timeline for construction is still not definite, but it’s looking like LillieKat’s new space will officially be open for business around April.
While construction is underway, folks can still shop LillieKat’s collection online or browse select pieces in Pepper Place shops Odette and Design Supply.

Leasing opportunities
One storefront turning into two means there is a leasing opportunity for another tenant to become LillieKat Rug’s neighbor.
In addition to the storefront, Sloss Real Estate Company is seeking a tenant for the suite that is behind LillieKat’s former showroom, previously occupied by nonprofit Momentum Leaders.
