Now open: Qdoba on Montgomery Highway in Hoover

Qdoba Mexican Eats has opened its second Birmingham location (and fourth in Alabama) on Montgomery Highway off of Hoover’s Lorna Road. General Manager Hari Vajaha has lived in Hoover for the past 10 years and is now bringing fresh, healthy and fast-casual Mexican food to his neighbors.

Qdoba is known for its healthy menu options and build-your-own tacos and burritos. In addition to creating your own “masterpiece” meal, Qdoba offers several items like:
- Street style tacos
- Chicken protein bowls
- QuesaBirra quesadilla
- Hand-crafted guacamole
In late 2024, Qdoba opened in UAB’s Medical District, marking the restaurant’s first Birmingham location.

Originally from California, Hari, his wife and their two kids have settled into the Magic City nicely. Now, they’re bringing the fresh Mexican food of Qdoba to Montgomery Highway.
