Local ice cream truck plans first brick-and-mortar location

If you’ve been around downtown Birmingham recently, you may have noticed new signage pop up on 2nd Ave N.
Dream Flavors, a local ice cream and shaved ice truck owned by Walter Baldwin, is gearing up to open its first brick-and-mortar location across from Helen and Bayonet.
About Dream Flavors
Dream Flavors (formerly known as Summer Snow) has been serving sweet treats in the Birmingham area for almost a decade, starting out in a small trailer, then a converted school bus, then a van and now its first storefront.
Its menu features:
- Ice cream
- Fresh-squeezed lemonade
- Shaved ice
Plus, 30 rotating flavors including:
- Strawberry shortcake
- Pecan pie
- Blueberry cheesecake
- Mango strawberry sorbet
- + more!
Coming soon to downtown Birmingham
