Rotaract Club of Birmingham develops + grows young professionals

In case you haven’t heard: Rotaract Club of Birmingham is a young professional development organization, dedicated to inspiring its members to engage in building a better community and region.

Guided by leadership, service, fellowship, integrity and diversity, Rotaract is committed to developing young leaders across Birmingham.

They do this through social, learning and service opportunities. From a progressive dinner through James Beard Award-winning restaurants to playing Bingo with Ronald McDonald House Alabama residents, Rotaract brings unique and interactive opportunities for all members.

In case you missed it: Rotaract was the force behind Birmingham’s first-ever adult spelling bee last fall.

Your ticket helps support students at Birmingham City Schools

Here’s the best part: All proceeds made at Foundation Ball, whether through ticket sales or sponsorships, go directly back to the Rotaract Club of Birmingham’s two Signature Service programs.

  • Ready2Succeed: College readiness, mentorship + scholarships for A.H. Parker High School students
  • Ready2Read: Early literacy intervention for 2nd + 3rd graders at Minor Elementary and i3 Academy

Last year, $12,000 was raised for these programs. Rotaract has already raised over $25,000 this year—help keep this number growing!
