Huey Magoo’s, a popular fast growing chicken joint has inked a development agreement to bring four of their eateries to Birmingham.

Established in 2004, the Orlando,Florida-based fast-casual restaurant calls its hand-crafted tenders, “The Filet Mignon of Chicken.” 

Presently, there are two Huey Magoo’s restaurants in Montgomery and Prattville.

The Jha Rajput Patel group, has committed to developing four restaurants in the Birmingham market and eight in the North Texas area.

“We’re proud to introduce the Huey Magoo’s experience to new Texas and Alabama communities with such a strong franchise group.”

Huey Magoo’s is rapidly expanding nationwide and is on track to reach 100 locations in 2026. Today there are more than 85 locations across 12 states, according to the company.
