About R3 Contrast

R3 Contrast, located in the Archetype building on Independence Drive in Homewood, was designed to “feel like a high-performance locker room meets community lounge—not a luxury spa.”

The goal: to help people who carry a lot, whether stress, goals, soreness or responsibility. Think athletes, parents or professionals who need space to reset.

Two main treatments you’ll find at R3 are heat and cold therapy. Heat comes from a Finnish sauna around 185 degrees, while cold therapy features a cold lung tub with temps at about 46 degrees.
