Reading time: 2 minutes

Nawlins Style Po’boys, an Alabaster restaurant and food truck serving up NOLA-inspired meals, is joining forces with food truck A-Train Station to create a brand-new restaurant.
The updated spot will exist within Nawlins Style Po’boys existing location at 1207 First St. N., the two brands announced on Facebook.
Thanks to this partnership, the new restaurant will offer:
- Later hours
- Soul Food Sundays (an A-Train Station specialty)
- An expanded menu featuring wings, quesadillas + more
A new chapter
Nawlins Style Po’boys, which opened in 2024, announced that it would close its current location at the end of January but reassured its loyal customers that it wouldn’t be going anywhere.
“Now that we’ve shared the bittersweet news, let’s get to the sweet part.
“Nawlins is joining forces with another owner to bring you an incredible new culinary experience. Alabaster, we aren’t going anywhere—we’re simply rebranding to offer you more options and better hours.”

Nawlins Style Po’boys also promised that the new restaurant would continue to serve its cajun favorites, like the catfish and shrimp baskets and shrimp po’boys.
Opening March 1
Both food trucks are continuing to operate with limited hours during the transition, so check in to their Facebook pages to keep up to date.
Nawlins Style Po’boys said it will aim for a soft opening Sunday, March 1 — just in time for Soul Food Sunday!
