A popular farm-to-table restaurant based in downtown Birmingham is opening a new location in the Birmingham area. Known for its sandwiches, soups and salads made with locally-sourced ingredients, brick & tin’s new location is set to open in Cahaba Heights at the end of the month.

About Brick & Tin

Founded in 2010 by former Highlands Bar and Grill chef de cuisine Mauricio Papapietro, brick & tin is a popular restaurant known for its farm-to-table approach using carefully sourced ingredients from local purveyors. Open for lunch and dinner during the week and brunch on the weekends, brick & tin’s menu includes fan-favorites like the Brisket Panini and Chick & Tin sandwich, mushroom and butternut squash soups as well as a wide array of fresh, locally-sourced salads.

brick & tin opening new location in Cahaba Heights

According to brick & tin’s social media, the brand will be opening a third Birmingham-area location (and fourth overall) in Cahaba Heights. Located at 3151 Green Valley Rd in the Market Square Shopping Center, the new brick & tin is set to open by the end of February.
