A new 201-room dual-brand hotel has opened at Stadium Trace in Hoover.

Located at 540 Emery Drive West, the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels started taking in guests on December 27th.

The complex has a lot to offer, including:

  • Extended stay amenities on the Homewood Suites side, which include a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and home-like furnishings
  • On-site restaurant and bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Outdoor entertainment patio with grills, cornhole boards, ping-pong tables and foosball tables
  • Event meeting space for social or business gatherings

In addition to the onsite amenities, the dual-brand hotel is within walking distance of the UAB Medicine Primary and Specialty facility and over a dozen restaurants ranging from Walk-Ons Sports Bistreaux to Big Whiskey Restaurant & Bar.

For extended stay guests, there is even an Aldi’s nearby.

“Whether guests are in town for tournaments, concerts or business, the property offers two distinct styles under one roof, and more than 10 restaurants just steps away. It’s comfort, convenience and connection-right where Hoover comes to play.”

Bhavik Patel, General Manager

The Stadium Trace development continues to grow. This past week, locally owned  Urban Cookhouse opened its doors. A preliminary development plan for Phase II at Stadium Trace was passed in September by the Hoover City Planning and Zoning Committee.
