With the new year comes new fun in Birmingham, and this bar is coming soon with plenty of excitement to offer!

Daiquiri Factory, located in the East Lake neighborhood at 7623 1st Avenue North, is opening at the end of January, and the upcoming spot is already decked in colorful signage.

The new bar is promising “elevated daiquiris, smooth R&B vibes, and an atmosphere where everyone is treated like family,” the co-owner posted on Facebook earlier this month.

Daiquiri Factory is just one of the new businesses that have announced openings in 2026 so far. Sierra, a national outdoor retailer, will open its first Alabama location in Hoover later this year.
