Alabama’s best chicken parm

If you’re a regular at Zaza (like me), it’s no shock to see them landing at the top of national foodie lists.

Zaza’s recipe is a pounded chicken cutlet, breaded with a Parmesan-rich breading, topped with arrabbiata and a three cheese blend. Served with a side of the Caesar salad, complete with focaccia croutons. (I’ve had it, and it really is that good.)

But if you can’t catch them on a Saturday night, don’t fret—Zaza’s menu is full of killer Italian-inspired, seasonal favorites like baked Mac n’ cheese, tortellini salad and its famous focaccia pizzas.
