Reading time: 3 minutes

Birmingham is extra sweet this week—two of our own talented bakers have officially baked their way into the finale of Hallmark’s newest holiday cooking competition, “Baked with Love: Holiday.”
The beloved mother–daughter duo has captured hearts across the country, and now they’re just one episode away from the $50K grand prize!
Read on for all the details.
Birmingham’s baking duo: Sally + Amy

Sally Wicker McKay, a Birmingham-area food stylist, and her mom, Amy Wicker, first appeared on Hallmark screens during the show’s premiere on Monday, October 27. Their warmth, creativity and picture-perfect holiday bakes quickly made them standouts.
Now, after weeks of friendly competition and festive challenges, they’re one of three remaining teams headed into the finale.
About “Baked with Love: Holiday“

The show features 10 teams of home bakers competing for:
- $50,000 cash prize
- A chance to have their recipe featured in a Hallmark Countdown to Christmas movie
Each episode blends heartwarming stories, creative challenges and Hallmark-level holiday charm—perfect for cozy-season TV binges.
“We are so excited to be heading into the final episode of “Baked with Love Holiday”—it’s been a journey to get to the finale, and we’ve earned it together.”
“One of the best parts was meeting each of the teams and the judge and host; everyone was so nice, and we learned so much from each other. The host’s honest critique really helped us out and made the experience awesome.”
