It’s a new week in The Magic City, and that means a new roundup of businesses popping up across town.

From a locally-beloved food truck with a new brick-and-mortar location to a handful of new additions to The Summit, here are eight businesses that should be on your radar.

Now Open

Los Valedores’ brick and mortar is officially open on Green Springs Highway, right behind where their iconic truck called home for six years.

With its new-and-improved space, Los Valedores has expanded its menu, added seating (including a patio) and introduced a pick-up window for online orders.

2. Craft’s | Highway 280

Craft’s, the popular locally-owned chicken joint, has opened its third location.

If you’re a frequent Highway 280 traveler, Craft’s new restaurant is easy to spot: the old Wendy’s by the Hampton Inn, Finch Wines and Taziki’s. Much like its other two locations in Mountain Brook and UAB, Craft’s offers a wide variety of menu options including chicken sandwiches, wraps, Southern-inspired sides and more.

3. Vapor Thrift Store | Pelham
