Rodney Scott BBQ and Hero Diner are opening this week at Valley Post, the new dining and entertainment complex on Highway 280 in Chelsea.

Located in Shelby County at 1012 Dunnavant Valley Road, the much-anticipated 6-acre Valley Post development is a collaboration between Mike Mouron and Capstone Real Estate Development and The Pihakis Restaurant Group (PRG).

New openings Thanksgiving Week

The new Rodney Scott BBQ, which opens on Tuesday, November 25th, is the James Beard Award winner’s third Birmingham Metro location.

The new Hero Diner opens on Saturday, November 29. It is the fourth location in Birmingham.

Luca & Lucy and Little Donkey

In the coming weeks, two additional Pihakis Restaurant Group restaurants, Little Donkey and Luca & Lucy are expected to open at Valley Post.
