Last November, we let you know about the popular food truck Los Valedores opening its first storefront. The wait is over!

Los Valedores’ brick and mortar is officially open on Green Springs Highway, right behind where their iconic truck called home.

Los Valedores opens first brick-and-mortar

For nearly six years, this little blue food truck off Green Springs Highway has brought incredible, authentic Mexican food to the Greater Birmingham Area—and beyond!

Now with its brick-and-mortar, Los Valedores can expand its menu, seating and reach across the area.
