Earlier this Fall, a beverage hub and venue All Good Beverage Co. opened in the former home of Ghost Train Brewing at 3501 1st Ave S.

But that’s not all: Inside, a new sandwich shop called Trail Magic is serving tasty deli sandwiches, snacks and pizza to pair with your craft beverage of choice.

Read on for everything you need to know, including what’s on the menu.

About All Good Beverage Co + Trail Magic

In 2024, local brewery Ghost Train filed for bankruptcy and closed its location in the M2 building at 3501 1st Ave. S.—but the space didn’t sit empty for long. In July of 2025, Good People Brewing Co. expanded its footprint in the Magic City once more by purchasing the former Ghost Train site for $5.2 million.

Now home to All Good Beverage Co., the site serves as a production hub and community gathering space. It features:

  • An on-site tasting room with craft beer, cocktails + non-alcoholic beverages
  • An event space for private events, live music, comedy performances + much more
  • A restaurant—Trail Magic Sandwich Shop & Supply—as well as a retail space featuring a wide selection of beverages + snacks
  • Contract brewing services + packaging solutions for local brewers

The taproom serves a wide variety of craft beer from local brewers like Avondale, Good People, Ghost Train, Uproot, Porch Beer and more.

Italian-inspired eats

Trail Magic features an Italian-inspired menu with seven signature craft sandwiches, plus the option to build your own from the “Butcher’s Block.”

Most sandwiches on the menu can be served hot, cold or even as a salad for a small $2 upcharge. They’re also served with chips and a pickle spear (an essential element to a good sandwich spot in my opinion.)

Beyond sandwiches, the menu includes snacks, an antipasto box, three kinds of pasta salad, homemade chips and pizza by-the-slice from their neighbors at Miracle Pizza Co.

Here are a few sandwiches that caught my eye:

  • Philly Pork Roast—shaved pork, wilted greens, hot peppers, sharp provolone, pork jus
  • Caprese—fresh mozzarella, seasoned tomatoes, basil pesto, olive oil, reduced balsamic
  • Big Tony—prosciutto, mortadella, spicy salami, ham, capicola, shaved iceberg, fresh mozzarella, balsamic, roasted peppers
