Edgar’s Bakery has opened its 7th Birmingham area location in Pelham.

Located at 2824 Pelham Parkway, in front of the Pelham Public Library, the new Edgar’s held its Grand Opening on Wednesday.

Edgar’s is more than a bakery

Known for their scrumptious cakes and cupcakes, Edgar’s also offers an extensive breakfast and lunch menu.

Some of our favorites include:

  • Breakfast items: Eggs benedict, loaded breakfast bowl, pimento cheese biscuit, omelettes and pancakes
  • 14 varieties of grilled sandwiches including a classic reuben, fried green tomato BLT and “Grown-up” grilled cheese
  • Bagels, pastries and assorted breads

And don’t forget the treats, from cookies to cheesecakes.
