New puppy yoga space opens in Five Points South

Here’s a fun fact for your Monday morning: literally anything can be made exponentially better by adding puppies. Case in point, Puppies&Yoga Birmingham—a new, immersive yoga experience surrounded by scores of playful puppies.

Puppies&Yoga comes to Birmingham
Puppy Yoga is exactly what it sounds like—a unique experience merging yoga with furry four-legged friends. Hosted every Saturday and Sunday, Puppies&Yoga consists of 45 minutes of all-level flow yoga surrounded by playful puppies, followed by 30 minutes of puppy time, where participants can cuddle, play and take pictures with the puppies.
Located in the La Salle apartment building at 2018 11th Ave S, Puppies&Yoga’s new Birmingham location opened on Saturday, October 25.
