Birmingham real estate service wins $75K at Alabama Launchpad

Alabama Launchpad, a program of the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama (EDPA). Today, EDPA announced that Birmingham’s own modern real estate service, Homepoint, took home $75,000 as the winner of the Technology Track at their second cycle.

Meet Homepoint: the winner of Alabama Launchpad

At this year’s Cycle 2 competiton, Homepoint was selected winner out of a group of five tech-focused finalists, including:

  • Druid Agriculture
  • LUDS LLC
  • M&S Analytics, LLC
  • Tag! Fundraising

Caroline and Trey McMeans, the husband and wife duo behind Homepoint, will receive $75,000 in non-dilutive funding, as well as exposure to innovation partners and mentorship opportunities.
