I-65 north bound lane closure happening in Shelby County on Oct 22-24

Driving north on I-65 toward Birmingham outside Calera? 

Expect some significant delays on Wednesday through Friday night/morning, October 22-24

Delays near Calera in Shelby County

According to the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), weather permitting, the left lane will be closed for motorists traveling north bound between Milepost 231 (Calera Exit) and Milepost 232. 

The lane closure will begin Wednesday night at 8PM and end Thursday morning at 6:00AM. 

The next day, the same lane closure will occur Thursday evening once again at 8PM and last until Friday morning at 6AM, when all lanes will once again be open.
