Homewood to Liberty Park

For the Birmingham tradition’s 22nd year, The Exceptional Foundation’s 2026 Chili Cook-Off is moving to The Urban Center at Liberty Park.
Liberty Park is conveniently located off of Interstate 459, and The Urban Center’s park-like setting makes it a premier venue for events like the Chili Cook-Off.
“After over 20 years of memories in Homewood, we’re excited to bring the Chili Cook-Off to Liberty Park and share this tradition with even more of our community.
We are so grateful for the Homewood support that helped this event grow, and we look forward to continuing that spirit in Vestavia Hills.”

The Exceptional Foundation says we can expect the same fun atmosphere and friendly competition with 100+ teams and chilis to try. And all proceeds will still go right back to The Exceptional Foundation’s programs for individuals with disabilities.
Go ahead and mark your calendar for this year’s fundraiser. See ya there!
