The YellaWood 500 returns to Talladega Superspeedway October 17–19, bringing three days of high-speed racing, live music and family fun. Whether you’re a die-hard NASCAR fan or just looking for a weekend filled with excitement, this is one event you won’t want to miss.

Talladega has put together a weekend schedule packed with entertainment for all ages. From three great Playoffs races to a rodeo and a major Saturday night concert, every day offers something unique.

Friday, October 17

The action kicks off Friday with the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Playoffs race—Love’s RV Stop 225 at 3PM. You’ll get to see NASCAR’s future stars fight for their place in the Championship 4.

Later that evening, the Buckin’ DEGA Rodeo returns to the iconic Talladega Infield at 8PM, open to renewal guests and infield campers. The night wraps up with fireworks at 9:30PM.

  • Tickets start at $55, and kids 12 and under get in free.

Saturday, October 18

Saturday brings even more heart-pounding excitement with the NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoffs race—United Rentals 250 at 3PM.

When the checkered flag falls, the energy keeps going with the Saturday Night Concert, headlined by Whiskey Myers and featuring opener Southall at 7:30PM.

  • Tickets start at $50, and kids 12 and under are free.

Sunday, October 19

The weekend culminates with the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs—YellaWood 500 at 1PM. Known as one of the most unpredictable and exciting races of the season, the YellaWood 500 gives drivers one last chance to lock themselves into the Championship 4 before Phoenix.

  • Tickets start at $85, with kids 12 and under receiving $50 off admission.

This year’s lineup features some of the biggest names in NASCAR.

  • Ricky Stenhouse Jr., the 2024 YellaWood 500 winner, is back to defend his title.

  • Fan-favorite Chase Elliott, past Talladega winner and NASCAR’s most popular driver, is sure to draw huge cheers from the crowd.
