Dubbed The Chaat Room—a reference to chaat, a type of Indian snack known for its sweet, salty and spicy flavors—the new restaurant will occupy a 2,800-square-foot space at 1021 Brocks Gap Parkway, Suite 15, inside The Village at Brock’s Gap. The deal was brokered by Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott, who represented the landlord.

Located within Hoover’s Trace Crossings community, The Village at Brock’s Gap is a popular retail shopping center home to a wide mix of tenants, including:

  • Tre Luna
  • Biscuit Belly
  • Trak Shak
  • Moe’s BBQ
  • Phil Sandoval’s Tex/Mex
  • Burn Boot Camp
  • Santos Coffee
  • Cookie Fix

Although an official opening date has not yet been announced, we’ll be keeping our eyes on The Village at Brock’s Gap for more updates.
