Film scouts seeking local estate or mansion for feature filmed in Birmingham

Do you know someone interested in having their Birmingham home spotlighted in an upcoming feature film? A film crew is currently location scouting for a new feature film and seeking a large estate or mansion in the Birmingham area.
Your Birmingham mansion could be featured in a new film 🎥
According to a release, Window Movie, LLC is currently in pre-production of a new feature film, THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WINDOW, which will begin filming in the Birmingham area in mid-October. The production’s film scout are currently seeking one key filming location: a grand mansion or estate for approximately five full filming days.
Key elements they hope to find for their Mansion location include:
- A classical architectural style
- A long driveway or drive-up to the actual house (the longer, the better!)
- A well-manicured and upscale interior and exterior
The production will pay a location rental fee for all Prep, Shoot and Wrap days. In addition, they will provide a certificate of insurance and work out all logistics in advance.
