Founded in 2021 by Alex Miller and David Sanders, Birmingham Rage Room is a popular activity space that offers patrons a way to relieve stress by breaking, smashing, kicking and demolishing things—all in a safe environment. Located in Birmingham’s bustling Lakeview district, Birmingham Rage Room has since expanded its offerings and now includes:

  • Multiple Rage Rooms for maximum smash-ability
  • An Axe Throwing space in the rear courtyard
  • An ultra‑colorful Splatter Room where you get to fling paint on canvas and walls

With its new Mobile Splatter Room, Birmingham Rage Room is taking one of its most popular activities to the road.

“We’ve been wanting to expand into mobile offerings, and taking our splatter room on the go was the most feasible.

There are a lot of markets in smaller towns across Alabama that aren’t big enough to support a brick-and-mortar, but our mobile trailer can bring this activity to folks who want to try it without having to drive hours to Birmingham.”

Inside the 20 foot by 8.5 foot Mobile Splatter Room, guests are set loose with canvases, phosphorescent glow-in-the-dark paint and safety glasses. While some guests create incredible glow-in-the-dark paintings, others—typically the younger ones—just want to get as much paint on themselves as possible!

“We’ve had all kinds of guests, from hardcore artists who bring their own canvases to couples looking for a fun, new date night activity. Of course, the kids always want to splatter as much paint as humanly possible—it definitely looks chaotic when they’re done!”

The Birmingham Rage Room team hopes to bring their Mobile Splatter Room to different cities for festivals, carnivals and other events. In addition, the Mobile Splatter Room can be rented out for private events by calling 205.701.0001 or visiting the website, www.birminghamrageroom.com.
