All Good Beverage Co. opens new hub in former Ghost Train Brewing Co. space

A new hub for craft beers, cocktails and local fare is now open in Birmingham. Located along the Hugh Kaul Trail section of Birmingham’s Red Rock Trail System, All Good Beverage Co. is a new production hub and community space offering contract brewing services, packaging solutions, an on-site tasting room, restaurant and event space and more.

In 2024, local brewery Ghost Train filed for bankruptcy and closed its location in the M2 building at 3501 1st Ave. S.—but the space didn’t sit empty for long. In July of 2025, Good People Brewing Co. expanded its footprint in the Magic City once more by purchasing the former Ghost Train site for $5.2 million.
Now, the new owners are opening a new venture “dedicated to the evolution and support of the craft beverage industry.”
Open Wednesday & Thursdays 11AM-10PM, Friday & Saturday 11AM-12AM and Sunday 11AM-8PM, All Good Beverage Co. will offer:
- Contract brewing services and packaging solutions for local brewers
- An on-site tasting room with craft beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
- An event space for private events, live music, comedy performances and much more
- A restaurant—Trail Magic Sandwich Shop & Supply—as well as a retail space featuring a wide selection of beverages and snacks

All Good Beverage Co. will have something for everyone- snacks and drinks for the many people who are daily utilizing the trail, a variety of beverages for the cocktail and craft beer lover, ice cream and goodies for the kids and a sandwich shop for when you need a bite.
We also look forward to offering manufacturing opportunities to not only brew our internal brands, but bring back some legacy brands as well as explore opportunities in the broader beverage industry.”
