Founded in 2018, Chicken Guy! is a new fast-casual restaurant concept and chicken destination from the minds of celebrity chef Guy Fieri and hospitality icon Robert Earl. Since its debut seven years ago, Chicken Guy! has opened new locations in California, New Jersey, New York, Las Vegas, Florida and now, Alabama.

“Guy is such a popular figure, so when the opportunity arose it was a natural fit to bring Chicken Guy! to Gardendale. We really love the food—our chicken is hand-breaded, our sauces are made fresh daily and the sandwiches are something I would personally serve to all of my family.”

Alabama’s first Chicken Guy! is located inside the Walmart Supercenter at 890 Odum Road in Gardendale, less than a 20-minute drive up I-65 from downtown Birmingham.

“We’ve been fans of Guy Fieri since 2005—I mean, everybody knows about Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives—so when we heard about Chicken Guy!, we knew it would be a great fit. Partnering with Walmart has been phenomenal for us, and we’re just super excited for the community to try our food.”
