Need some help finding your next great dining destination? We’ve got you! (Bham Now)

We were excited to learn about Magic City Sips, a collective that helps spotlight all the great home-grown restaurants and bars that are contributing to Birmingham’s delicious reputation.

Magic City Sips is an initiative started by the City of Birmingham, via its Department of Innovation and Economic Opportunity, to be a go-to resource for these homegrown purveyors by celebrating their achievements, providing the info they need to ensure a successful business for residents and visitors and connecting them to potential customers.

They do this via:

  • year-around events + gatherings
  • the annual Sippy Cup Awards (more on that soon!)
  • education + training
  • staffing + job resources

What’s next? SIPS Social Industry Night is Monday, September 8 from 5-8PM at Magnolia Point. Here are all the details so you can attend!
