New wings, burgers + BBQ restaurant opens in Pleasant Grove

A new restaurant serving a wide variety of homestyle meals from wings to burgers has opened in the town of Pleasant Grove.

On July 25th, Sherita’s – A Different Taste, officially opened its doors at 833 Park Road, Pleasant Grove, Alabama, 35127. The eatery is adjacent to Union South Bank and near Olipita Mediterranean and American Grill.

Sherita’s menu items

In addition to its classic burgers and wings, Sherita’s also serves:

  • Philly Steak Sandwich (Beef and chicken)
  • Fish Sandwiches (Whiting, catfish and tilapia)
  • BBQ ribs 
  • Pork chops
  • Chicken tenders
  • Sides: Okra, fries, Cheese fries, Cajun fries and Ranch cheese fries

Sherita’s is the second restaurant to open up in Pleasant Grove in the past 3 months. In May, a new soul food joint called Thelma’s Place was launched.

  • Hours: Tuesday-Thursday – 10:30AM to 8PM; Friday & Saturday – 10:30AM to 9:00PM
