A new restaurant serving ramen, hibachi, sushi and more opened this week next to UAB—perfect for a quick bite, takeout or a night out with friends.

Otsuka Ramen, located at 707 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. S. in Suite 101, has an extensive menu and a contemporary interior with a sushi bar and booths.

The restaurant had a quiet opening so it could get settled before advertising too much, so now is the perfect time to get in there and try the dishes.

The restaurant claims to serve the best Japanese food in Birmingham… To judge that for yourself, head over there and order yourself some ramen.
