According to a press release, the Toasted Yolk currently operates 46 locations throughout the South, with more than 14 new locations coming soon to Texas, Arizona, Florida, Mississippi and Alabama.

The new Birmingham location will be owned and operated by Colette and Charles Lewis, a brother-sister duo with Belle Hospitality.

“We’re scrambling to finish… but the wait is almost over easy!  We can almost smell the coffee and bacon already. It’s been a wild ride—equal parts eggs, elbow grease, and caffeine—but we’re almost ready to flip the sign to ‘open.’ Honestly, we’re most excited to see guests digging into giant plates of french toast and realizing: yep, it was so worth the wait (and the carbs).”
