NBA returns to Birmingham this fall: New Orleans Pelicans vs. Houston Rockets

The New Orleans Pelicans are returning to Birmingham to take on the Houston Rockets at Legacy Arena at the BJCC on Tuesday, October 14.

This is the third time in four seasons the Pelicans have played a preseason game at Legacy Arena at the BJCC, the home court of the Birmingham Squadron, their NBA G League affiliate.

Big crowd at Legacy Arena expected

A crowd of 11,589 watched the Pelicans and Rockets in the last preseason game held in The Magic City prior to the 2023 season. In 2022, the Pelicans vs. the Atlanta Hawks game was sold out.

Tickets for season ticket holders and partners go on sale today, Tuesday, July 1 at 12PM.

Individual tickets and tickets for groups of 10+ for the Pelicans preseason game at Legacy Arena will go on sale Wednesday, July 2 at 12PM.For additional details, fans can click here or call the Squadron ticket office at (205) 719-0850.
