NEW OPENING: Salvatore’s Pizza and Pasta opens in Chelsea

Salvatore’s Pizza and Pasta has opened a new location in Chelsea.
The legendary home-grown pizza joint recently moved into the former Primo Pizza and Pasta spot at 16064 US-280, Chelsea, AL 35043.
This is the pizza joint’s fourth location in the Birmingham metro area and second spot on the 280 corridor. Last summer, the popular pizzeria opened its third location near UAB.
According to Salvatore’s owner Christina Bambinelli Alonso, her mother’s retirement at Primo was the reason for the change.
“We are so excited to be in Chelsea! When my mother said she wanted to retire, we knew this restaurant was a great opportunity to grow our local brand. Chelsea is such a lovely place to operate a business. We look forward to serving the community for years to come.”
