A family friendly facility full of fun
According to Tyler Ewing with Alabama Paintball 280, they do paintball a little differently.
They specialize in low-impact paintball to encourage a family-friendly environment for all ages 6+, regardless if you have any experience playing.
“Our goal is to make it very family-friendly, very professional, clean and to make it as easy as possible for people to come out and come together as a community. We want people to enjoy being outside and playing together.”

This makes the third park in the Alabama Paintball family. The original Central Alabama Paintball Park in Calera opened in 2013, and Alabama Paintball Quest & Airsoft re-opened under the brand’s operation in McCalla in July of last year.
What you need to know
Open play is hosted every Saturday from 11AM-5PM and walk-ins are welcome.
Want to secure a specific day or time? Private groups are welcome to make a reservation for any day of the week.
Here’s a breakdown of the prices:
- Paintball (ages 6+)— starting at $34.99 per player
- Gellyball (ages 4+)—$27.49 per player
Prices include a guaranteed 2 hours of play, rental equipment, paintballs and unlimited air refills.
The facility consists of three playing fields, a shooting gallery and two large indoor party areas. The playing fields are open to players and spectators, so everyone can enjoy the fun.
There are also lots of fun game modes to choose from like:
- Total elimination
- Search & destroy
- Capture the flag + more!
