New popular double drive-thru coffee spot opens in Trussville

Ellianos Coffee, the popular specialty coffee chain, has opened its first location in the Birmingham metro area.
The new double-sided drive-thru coffee spot opened on May 19th in Trussville at 7260 Gadsden Highway.
Locally owned and operated, the new Trussville Ellianos Coffee is the 11th location in Alabama.
Known for expressos and grit bowls
The quick service coffee joint is known for the following specialty items:
- Hot/Iced Coffees: Caffe Dolce, Tuscany Toffee, Milan Mint Mocha, Venetian Vanilla Creme
- Handcrafted espresso drinks
- Freezers
- Breakfast grit bowls—featuring creamy grits topped with eggs, cheese, and proteins like bacon or sausage

If the Montgomery area is any guide, The Magic City will see more and more Ellianos Coffee shops coming to our area. In only a few years, eight Ellianos Coffee drive-thrus have opened in and near the Capital City.
The new store will open daily from 5:00AM to 8:00PM.
