Is it just me, or has it been raining nonstop these past few weeks? I’m definitely feeling the cabin fever and itching to get out of the house. If you’re in the same boat, you’re not alone!
Here are a few things we’ve found to help break the boredom—no shopping spree required.
1. Visit McWane Science Center

You can’t have a summer rainy day guide without mentioning McWane Science Center. Centered on all things science, it caters to all ages.

7. Watch a drive-in movie at Grand River

Rain or shine, a drive-in movie is a cozy and unique way to enjoy a film—just roll up the windows, grab some snacks and watch the big screen from the comfort of your car, no matter the weather.
See what movies are playing each week on their website, and buy your tickets online or at the box office. The box office opens at 5PM and this is where you’ll get your tickets, radio channel information and designated screen number.
