A new Chinese/Japanese restaurant has opened in Marvel City.

Called Yoki Buffet, the Szechuan, Hunan, Cantonese style + sushi hibachi grill restaurant is located off I-20 Exit 108 – at 5020 Academy Lane, Bessemer, Alabama 35022.

Opened on Mother’s Day weekend, the Sunday buffet was filled with customers, some who were waiting outside the building after 2:00PM.

In addition to daily lunch and dinner buffet specials, the eatery offers 80+ menu options, including;

Szechuan chicken
Coconut shrimp
Pork, beef, seafood and chicken combos with rice
Hibachi bar
9 varieties of sushi from California to rainbow rolls

Yoki Buffet is open 7 days a week from 10:30AM to 9:00PM. They offer an affordable $8.99 lunch special and a “take out” buffet at $6.29 per pound for lunch and $7.29 per pound for dinner.
