‘Tis the season for spring festivals! Starting this weekend and headed into the summer, Birmingham is chock-full of ways to celebrate its people through neighborhood festivals—complete with local food vendors, music artists and more.
Saturday, April 12—NeighborFest

- What: NeighborFest sponsored by Regions Bank, PNC + Birmingham Realtist Association
- When: Saturday, April 12 | 10AM-2PM
- Where: Linn Park, 20th St N, Birmingham, AL 35203
- How much: FREE
You can expect:
- Live DJ
- Food vendors
- “Fun Factory” Kids Zone with balloon art, face painting + more

Sunday, April 13—The City of Birmingham Spring Festival

- What: The City of Birmingham’s Spring Festival presented by Shipt
- When: Sunday, April 13 | 1-4PM
- Where: Railroad Park, Birmingham, AL 35233
- How much: FREE
At the event, you can expect:
- Food trucks
- Easter Eggs
- Face painting
- Photos with Buddy the Bunny
- Birmingham Squadron + Birmingham Stallions mascots
- A scavenger hunt (check in at the welcome table for a card!)

TIP: First Avenue South between 14th Street South and 18th Street South will be closed starting at 11PM on Saturday, April 12 and will remain closed through the evening of Sunday, April 13.
Sunday, April 13—Taste of the Northside Communities
- What: Taste of 4th Avenue Jazz Festival (stop 1)
- When: Sunday, April 13 | 6-8PM

As the first stop of the 22nd annual Taste of 4th Avenue Jazz Festival, you can hear live music and try local food and beverage vendors and celebrate the Northside community.
