1. The Louis Bar
The Pizitz Food Hall isn’t just a great spot to grab lunch or dinner, it also hosts The Louis: a cocktail bar from the owners of Adios, Salud and Unos Tacos. This spring, The Louis is offering a new batch of fruity and tropical cocktails.

2. The Margaret
The Margaret is a great spot to grab a post-work cocktail or hear some local music. In addition to a wide selection of New Orleans-themed drinks, they have a stellar spring cocktail menu with plenty of fresh flavors like cucumber and dragon fruit.

3. PRVLGE
PRVLGE is a new cocktail bar and lounge that opened earlier this year on 1st Ave N. If you’re balling on a budget, they have great daily specials like $6 wine on Wednesdays and $7 martinis on Tuesdays.

4. Paper Doll POP
If you haven’t been to Paper Doll lately, they’ve rebranded to Paper Doll POP: a fun concept celebrating pop culture with a fresh new design. With its new look comes a new menu with some exciting spring cocktails.

5. Mayawell Bar
If you’re a tequila lover like me, you need to check out Mayawell in Lakeview. Their spring cocktail menu will make you feel like you’re relaxing on the beach at a Four Seasons resort, with tropical flavors like passionfruit, yuzu (my favorite) and lychee.
We recommend:

6. The Lumbar
The Lumbar in Pepper Place is known for its creative, out-of-the-box and slightly nerdy cocktails. The “Finding a Curie” is named after Marie Curie, the chemist who pioneered the research of radioactive elements—it even has that radioactive yellow-green hue!

Located at Lakeview Green, Prime is a family-owned bar offering an impressive lineup of drinks—from champagne and mimosas to craft cocktails and fine spirits. Our top pick, the Sunrise Margarita, is like a margarita and a mimosa had a refreshingly delicious baby.
