With all of these things—and more—in mind, Momentum strives to lift women up by providing leadership training, mentoring, networking and support to help them navigate and overcome the unique challenges they face every day in their careers and lives.

Momentum’s bold vision

Momentum has been a prominent leader for women since its founding in 2001, and has no plans of stopping.

By 2027, the organization plans to undergo a $2.6 million strategic expansion to reach thousands more Alabama women annually—specifically in Huntsville and Montgomery.
