Huge news for Birmingham! Local family-owned, certified women owned employer Milo’s Tea Company—headquartered in Bessemer—was recently named the 3rd most loved workplace in America by Newsweek.

Newsweek partnered with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), which surveyed more than 2.6 million employees from businesses ranging from less than 50 to more than 10,000 employees. Employers were judged on:
