Why you’ll love living in Hoover, according to Livability
There are so many things that make Hoover great. According to Livability, the quality of life exceeds any other city in Alabama, with a Livscore of 766 out of 1000.
It’s not just the attractions and shops that make Hoover special; it is the sense of community that helps make this city a standout amongst others. With popular hangouts such as Bluff Park and Aldridge Gardens, there are many places to bring the family for the perfect nature getaway.
One of the most important factors when deciding to move is economics, according to Livability. Hoover’s robust economy has helped it earn its title along with affordability, low crime rate and highly rated public schools.
“We focus very hard on making sure our citizens have a great quality of life in Hoover and that means focusing on wonderful schools, great parks and recreational amenities, strong public safety and lots of shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.
But the most important aspect is citizen involvement in our community and that’s what keeps us on the cutting edge.”
