Jodi Moates works as ESBA’s Operations Manager, and her daughter McKinley has received services from the Pediatric Therapy Clinic.
Jodi helped us put Easterseals’ vision into perspective:
“Sharing our personal stories, as well as the success stories I have witnessed with our adults, makes my heart whole. The passion I have for this organization makes me emotional.”
It truly makes it easy to make a difference in the community. I have the honor to work side by side with others who share the same passion.”

“Taking on disability together”
Creating solutions that change the lives of children and adults with disabilities or other special needs, ESBA has supported countless individuals and their families.
Here’s a glance at what they’ve been up to over the past year:
- Added a Galileo Vibration Plate (improves joint mobility, muscle flexibility + endurance) to the Pediatric Therapy Clinic.
- Covered the cost of countless hours of therapy sessions at the Pediatric Therapy Clinic
- Placed 40 teens in paid summer internships
- Served 688 children with 12,910 total therapy visits
- Served 784 teens + adults through the Adult/Teen Program
Chris Brown, the ESBA Board Chair, let us in on why the golf tournament is so important:
“We have a phenomenal staff that consistently delivers upon our mission and is drastically changing the lives of children, adults and their families.
Events like the golf tournament increase awareness in the community to further the mission of Easterseals. I am very honored and proud to serve and be a part of it.”
