Meet Adrienne, Birmingham Wholesale Furniture’s newest interior designer

Adrienne Campbell joined the Birmingham Wholesale Furniture design team last year and has been a force of pure talent ever since.

We got to chat with Adrienne about her experience, her process for redesigning customers’ spaces and why she loves working at Birmingham Wholesale Furniture.

Q&A with Adrienne

What does a day in the life look like?

“Most days we start out at the office; customers come into the store and we help them out with furniture and fabric selections.

We also make house calls, so we go to a client’s home, get measurements for the space they’re working with, take pictures and assess what they need and what colors are going to work in the room.”

What does the home installation process look like?

“We go into the space and decide what is worth keeping and what can be incorporated.

We’re not always changing everything. Sometimes you can work with existing pieces, or change something around because most people can’t afford to do a whole room. Changing one or two things can make a big difference.”

Say I want an install but have no idea where to start. What would you tackle first?

“I’d tell you that we should take a look at the room first and get some images. Then we can figure out measurements we are working with and decide what’s going to fit nicely into the space.”
