Bandwagon Sports moving to new Edgewood location

Local sporting gear store Bandwagon Sports has confirmed it will be moving from downtown Homewood to a new location in Edgewood. Its new home will be located next to the new Otey’s Tavern that opened this Fall.

From downtown Homewood to Edgewood

Bandwagon has quickly become one of the Birmingham area’s premier spots for sporting gear, equipment and school spirit apparel. With three Alabama locations in Homewood, Trussville and Cahaba Heights, Bandwagon specializes in gear that caters to local schools in the area from Hewitt-Trussville to Vestavia, Mountain Brook and more.

In addition to its range of school spirit merchandise, Bandwagon also carries equipment for a variety of sports:

• Softball
• Soccer
• Volleyball

The store also offers custom apparel, meaning that the staff will help to create custom uniforms, hats, socks and more for your local team.

Currently located next to Savage’s Bakery, Bandwagon is anticipated to make the move to its new home (just over a mile away) in Edgewood over the next few weeks.
