June Coffee was also a fan favorite. The coffee shop is a personal favorite of ours because it’s a short walk from the Bham Now office. Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy atmosphere that lets the outside in, thanks to the open garage door leading to a courtyard.

3. Bitty & Beau’s Coffee

One of the newer coffee shops to Birmingham, Bitty & Beau’s, made the list. I think this coffee shop speaks for itself and once you visit you’ll understand why people wouldn’t want to live without it.

4. Rochelle’s Coffee

Center Point residents, this one’s for you! Rochelle’s Place serves up delicious coffee beverages and sweet drinks like lemonade with sweet cold foam on top. Plus, this shop serves as a gathering place for those looking to socialize and meet. With WiFi, catering capacity and event rental space, this is the spot to be.

The Lavender Brown Sugar from Caveat Coffee. (Bham Now)

Homewood’s Caveat is a Bham favorite according to our followers. I recommend sitting inside to catch up with a friend or if it’s a nice day, moving to their back patio to enjoy the beautiful trees and twinkle lights.

7. Gatos and Beans

Cats AND coffee, it can’t get much better. (Bham Now)

Gatos and Beans is Alabama’s first ever cat café. Wondering what exactly a cat cafe is? Well… combine a cat adoption center with a café. If you’re a cat and coffee lover, this is like heaven on Earth.

8. Red Bike Coffee Shop

Baba Java was another Birmingham favorite among our followers. The coffee shop in Hoover serves specialty coffee for all the different seasons.

10. Seeds Coffee Co.

Whether you love lattes or cold brews, Seeds Coffee is a go-to. The cozy coffee shop is a local favorite with high quality coffee. When my out-of-town friends visit Birmingham, they always want to make a stop at Seeds.
